The key terms that apply when you use Teachbox.
These Terms of Service apply to the use of Teachbox, a software platform provided by Teachbox Ltd for scheduling, selling, and delivering training courses. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 31 March 2026.
Teachbox provides software for managing training operations, including course scheduling, registrations, payments, communications, and related learning activities. We may improve, update, or modify the service from time to time.
Your subscription includes the number of administrator licences included in your selected plan, checkout, or accepted proposal.
Subscription fees are based on your selected plan or any separate proposal agreed with us.
We will provide access to your Teachbox account when your subscription begins. Unless otherwise agreed, new customers receive up to two hours of complimentary implementation support for planning, onboarding, and training.
You may cancel your subscription by emailing support@getteachbox.com.
We use reasonable endeavours to keep Teachbox available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
You must not use Teachbox for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate activity.
We store customer data securely and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Teachbox and its underlying software, branding, and materials remain the property of Teachbox Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription term.
The service is provided "as is" except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
These terms form the entire agreement for use of the public Teachbox service unless separate written commercial terms are agreed.
