Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of Teachbox, a software platform provided by Teachbox Ltd for scheduling, selling, and delivering training courses. By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. Last updated: 31 March 2026.

1. The Service

Teachbox provides software for managing training operations, including course scheduling, registrations, payments, communications, and related learning activities. We may improve, update, or modify the service from time to time.

2. Accounts and Licences

Your subscription provides the number of administrator licences stated in your selected plan, checkout, or accepted proposal.

• You are responsible for the activity of users accessing your account.
• You must keep login details secure and use the service only for legitimate business purposes.

3. Pricing and Billing

Subscription fees are based on your selected plan or any separate proposal agreed with us.

• Payment is charged in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your billing selection.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider we approve.

4. Implementation and Support

We will provide access to your Teachbox account when your subscription begins. Unless otherwise agreed, new customers receive up to two hours of complimentary implementation support for planning, onboarding, and training.

5. Cancellation and Suspension

You may cancel your subscription by emailing support@getteachbox.com.

• For rolling monthly subscriptions, the current billing period will be your final one.
• For annual subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend or terminate access if fees remain unpaid or if these terms are materially breached.

6. Availability

We use reasonable endeavours to keep Teachbox available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Teachbox for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate activity.

• You must not use the service to promote or deliver content related to making money, weight loss, or other topics commonly associated with spam or misleading claims.
• You must not use the service in a way that risks harm to Teachbox, other customers, or end users.
• Use of email sending, API requests, file storage, video hosting, and similar resources is subject to fair use.

8. Data and Privacy

We store customer data securely and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or process the data you place in Teachbox.
• After your subscription ends, we will remove data that is no longer required for legal, statutory, or contractual reasons within a reasonable period, normally within 90 days.

9. Intellectual Property

Teachbox and its underlying software, branding, and materials remain the property of Teachbox Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription term.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is" except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teachbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Our total liability under or in connection with the service will not exceed the fees paid by you to Teachbox in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

11. General

These terms form the entire agreement for use of the public Teachbox service unless separate written commercial terms are agreed.

• We may update these terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
