Yes. Upload an existing certificate design or create a new one in Teachbox with the visual editor. Dynamic fields add the learner, course, result, issue date, expiry date and other details when each certificate is generated.
When is a certificate issued?
You choose the requirements for each course, such as attendance, a particular result or completion of specified learning. Once a learner qualifies, Teachbox can issue and email the certificate automatically or hold it for team approval.
Which result schemes does Teachbox support?
Teachbox supports UK, US and EU result schemes, from pass or fail through to graded and specialist outcomes. You can also create custom result options for your own courses.
How do certificate expiry reminders work?
Set the validity period and reminder schedule for each certificate. Teachbox contacts learners before expiry and can direct them to the appropriate renewal course.
How can an employer verify a certificate?
Add the verification widget to your website. An employer or other third party enters the certificate’s unique code to see its current status and validity dates.
Can administrators report on certificate status?
Yes. Administrators can see certificates that have been issued, are approaching expiry or have expired, then filter the records by learner, course, status and date.
