What is an admin licence?

One licence for each person who builds courses and processes bookings. Presenters and learners never need a licence, and they are unlimited on every plan.

What is the free trial?

Fourteen days with access to every feature in Teachbox, using your own courses and with no card required. You can explore everything and decide which plan is right for you later. If you decide to stay, everything you set up carries over.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, up or down, at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

Do I need an existing website?

No. Every plan includes a hosted course website that is live from day one. If you already have a website, our Professional and Advanced plans allow you to embed Teachbox onto it easily.

Can I import or export my own data?

Yes. Teachbox includes data import and export tools for contacts, courses and more, allowing you to move data in and out easily.

Which plan is right for me?

Essentials covers the core tools for smaller teams running straightforward courses. Professional adds more flexible course delivery, website booking tools, eLearning, integrations and advanced reporting. Advanced is designed for providers selling into organisations that need client portals, approval workflows, registration rules, custom roles and more tailored operations.

What does annual billing mean?

You pay for twelve months up front and save 10% against the monthly rate. Prices shown per month are the annual rate divided by twelve.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your subscription will end on your next billing date.
