Yes. Add the fields each course needs, including text, dropdowns and file uploads. Conditional logic can show different questions based on earlier answers, and each form can capture terms and conditions acceptance.
What happens when a course is full?
Teachbox can open a waitlist as soon as the course reaches its capacity. If a place becomes available, interested learners can be notified and invited to complete their booking.
Can I charge different prices for the same course?
Yes. Create multiple ticket types for the same course, such as member and non-member rates, early-bird offers or other time-limited prices.
How do deposits and payment plans work?
Choose the deposit or instalment amounts and the dates each payment is due. Customers select the option at checkout, and Teachbox collects scheduled card payments automatically with reminders and retries for failed payments.
Which payment methods can customers use?
Customers can pay securely by card through your connected Stripe account. You can also offer invoice, cash and voucher payments, plus deposits and payment plans where appropriate.
